Plural Minds Collaborative offers peer-informed coaching designed to support individuals in building stability, improving daily functioning, strengthening communication, and working toward meaningful personal goals.
Coaching is a collaborative process focused on the present and future. Sessions provide education, support, accountability, and practical strategies to help clients navigate challenges and move toward the life they want to create.
As someone with lived experience and extensive self-education in dissociation and recovery, I bring both personal insight and a commitment to evidence-based information. Coaching is grounded in respect, collaboration, and the understanding that each person’s journey is unique.
